I photograph primarily with the Holga, a medium format toy camera with a plastic lens. Living in L.A., I frequent the Malibu coastline. By returning to the same locations, using the beach as my muse and workshop, I attempt to capture the myriad qualities of light and shadow that occur as the hours and seasons change. As an artist and a nature lover from a young age, I find photography to be the most direct way to share my vison with others. I also shoot 35mm, Yashica medium format, and digital...and some of my black and white photographs are hand painted.. For information, comments or requests, please email me through this site.
